Support for 27 languages
Safety data sheets for 35 countries in Europe – convert to another language with a single click. The software interface is available in 27 languages.
Import the safety data sheet (SDS) in PDF format and our system will transcribe it into the editor using artificial intelligence. AI recognises the individual parts of the document, so you no longer need to retype the data manually.
During import, you can choose whether to keep the original data unchanged or have it processed automatically. In that case, the system will take over the key data, calculate the classification and add the appropriate texts and instructions.
The program evaluates the hazard level of the product. The calculation takes into account not only the properties of individual substances but also their interactions, using formulas that sum up their effects. It also calculates acute toxicity (ATE) and recalculates indicators used to assess environmental hazards.
The calculation also generates the document Classification analysis, which shows how the program arrived at the result. It can be used as an overview or as a basis for regulatory authorities or internal audits.
The software is connected to the ECHA database. This gives you access not only to 8,000 substances already in the system but also to over 150,000 more. You can import them into SBLCore in one step and edit them as needed.
For each substance, you will find names, numerical identifiers, and data on its hazards and exposure limits.
You can manually create substances that are not found in the databases.
Connect SBLCore directly to poison centres via the system2system (S2S) interface and simplify PCN notification. The history required for future updates is saved automatically. If you prefer to notify manually, you can export the file and submit it yourself.
In both cases, the system will alert you if something is missing from the notification – such as the UFI code. You can easily create it using the built-in generator.
You can easily create a safety data sheet in a clear editor. You can choose from 27 languages for 35 countries. Thanks to automatic functions, to create an SDS you only need information about the substances in the product and their properties. The programme automatically calculates classification and fills in the texts into the individual sections.
You can save finished SDS in PDF, DOCX or XLSX formats. Companies that use the software can easily exchange data as files with the SBL extension.
Show SDS →You can easily create a safety data sheet using prepared phrases. The software adds texts based on how the product is classified and which country it is intended for. Additionally, you can add your own phrases.
The created document can be translated into another language in no time. The software adds all phrases in the appropriate language and ensures all mandatory elements for the respective country are included.
Supported languages →The software monitors all important changes in safety data sheets, such as changes in format or substance classification. Orange colour highlights sheets that are about to expire or contain a substance with an upcoming classification change. Red colour indicates documents with an invalid format or outdated classification.
The Revision function creates a new version with current data and saves the original sheet in the archive.
The software includes a built-in label editor. With it, you can easily create your own label or the document “Instructions for label creation”. The instructions summarize all requirements for mandatory data, font size, label layout, and symbols. You can hand them over to the graphics department as a clear basis for the final design.
The editor saves time and helps prevent errors when preparing labels. Everything you need is clearly organized in one place, and you can instantly see what the final label will look like.

Thanks to clear manuals, video tutorials and training, anyone can start working with SBLCore within a few hours.
Years of experience in chemical legislation are embedded in the SBLCore software. They form its stable foundation and are reflected in every feature.
Customer support that makes it easier to get started with the software and helps with everyday use.
If you work with chemical substances and mixtures – whether you manufacture, import, formulate, or distribute them – you will benefit fully from the software. It allows you to easily create new Safety data sheets or translate the ones you already have.
The software can be used by both experienced safety data sheet authors and beginners with no knowledge of chemical legislation. A user-friendly and intuitive interface helps them.
ou can prepare a safety data sheet in 27 languages for 36 countries. Automatic classification and assessment show you how dangerous the product is and why. The software continuously monitors legislative changes and alerts you to outdated documents. When working with chemicals, you can use a local database or connect directly to ECHA, which contains over 150,000 substances. With SBLCore, you can prepare label drafts with clear instructions for the graphic designer, generate a UFI code and submit a PCN notification. While creating the safety data sheet, you can use AI. Data from PDFs are imported directly into the software without manual retyping. Even a beginner without deep knowledge of legislation can work with it.
The software works with its own database of chemical substances. It includes substances with harmonised classification according to Annex VI of the CLP Regulation, as well as substances with workplace exposure limits. The substances include exposure limit values for all supported states. The software connects directly to the ECHA database and allows the import of any substance.
The software runs on computers with Windows from version 8.1 and on servers from version 2016. It does not run on macOS directly, but it can be used via virtualised Windows. The software cannot be run on mobile phones or tablets.
